Parking Lot Maintenance
In all parking facilities, NPS is committed to making the aesthetics of the parking lot an integral part of the overall service package. We provide our clients with benefits above and beyond the operational management of their parking facilities. Our facility director and maintenance crews work diligently to provide a clean, safe, and appealing place to park.
Our monthly parking lot maintenance program includes a full exterior property management program: daily and weekly sweeping and litter removal, annual parking surface studies to determine the necessity to repave or re-stripe the parking lot, preventative maintenance of all controlled access and revenue collection equipment, and lighting studies with recommendations to improve the overall safety of the facility.
Our goal is to allow our clients the ability to focus on their business rather than the day-to-day maintenance of their parking lots.
